Via Panera Catering Coordinators provide catering Guests with consistency, credibility and reliability . They manage the flow of Via Panera business by taking orders, processing orders and targeting potential
Guests for our Catering Services.
Shift Supervisors provide daily working supervision of Associates and product to ensure operational standards are maintained and continually improved. They act as the liaison between Associates and
Managers regarding Guest satisfaction.
Managers supervise the overall operation of the Bakery-Cafe. They maintain accountability for the success of the Bakery-Cafe while working closely with the Associates and Shift Supervisors.
